Pinnguaq Association, a not-for-profit organization, incorporates STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) into unique learning applications that promote storytelling, health, wellness and growth with rural, remote and Indigenous communities. Recruitment Process

At Pinnguaq we have a three-step hiring process. 

Step 1: Quick Phone Chats with Candidates 
Selected candidates will be asked to participate in a 15–20 minute phone conversation. During this conversation we want to take the opportunity to learn more about you and your interest in working for Pinnguaq! This is also your opportunity to ask us any clarifying questions about the role and organization. 

Step 2: Video Interview
Candidates selected for video interviews will be asked to meet with our hiring committee for a 45 minute interview. 

Step 3: One-on-One Meeting with Hiring Manager 
The selected candidate will be requested to meet with the hiring manager for a final conversation regarding the position.
